Fitness with a Purpose


Are you tired of the same old fitness routine? Perhaps you’ve reached a point where you are no longer getting the results you are looking for. We believe there is no right way to start ‘getting sweaty’, and of course, it takes a lot of hard work and determination. There are many different fitness trends and over time it’s difficult to keep track, but easy to get overwhelmed. Because of this, many people would rather sit at home, binging their favorite shows on Netflix, eating their favorite snacks, eventually giving up on their fitness aspirations.


Why is fitness important?


It’s important to maintain a healthy lifestyle because as we age, our bodies slowly start getting tired, weaker, and we can’t seem to keep up with some of the activities we were used to when we were younger. We simply don’t have the same amount of energy that we used to have, and time takes a toll on the best of us. We live in a world where your even your mind can barely find any rest, due to the constant companionship of our smartphones and other devices.

Here at Orlando Ninjutsu Center, we have the perfect remedy that will help you remain consistent and motivated to work out. I am in my 30’s and have never felt better than I feel today. I have a great teacher, and it helps to make sure I stay consistent with my training. Training four days a week, my stamina, endurance, lifestyle, and general health only get better every day. Do you know what the trick is? I never quit. Training is simply part of my life – integrated into my mind, body, and spirit.

At our dojo, we teach you more than traditional Japanese Martial Arts. ONC strives to offer more than a self-defense experience but also learning to apply your training to a modern lifestyle. We in a modern world with a lot of distractions, but Martial Arts is a lot more than what is shown on television. Martial Arts have always aimed to promote self-defense and a long, healthy lifestyle. You must always be prepared, no matter the age.
